The other night we had a tasty meal of Japanese curry. It is a favorite of ours and our idea of comfort food. But I think a Japanese person would be shocked to know that we now put moose meat in ours. Oh, the horror! I guess that just makes our version an Alaskan/Japanese curry. Mmmm, we sure like it.

Comfort Food
