The photos in this post are a VERY quick recap of some of our recent shenanigans with visiting family.
The top photo was taken on the east glacier trail of the Mendenhall Glacier with Shawn's aunt and uncle.
The one below is with Shawn's parents near Nugget Falls also at the Mendenhall Glacier.
A black bear sow at Steep Creek near the glacier. We saw her and her two cubs with my sister and family when the sockeye salmon were coming up to spawn. One of my best bear sightings this year.
The mighty Mendenhall and Nugget Falls. I take so many pictures of this amazing thing but rarely ever seem to do much with them--so here's one.
Our best attempt that day to get a 4 cousin picture. You just can't win them all...
The Little Babe encouraging his cousin and aunt to the top of Mt. Roberts.
A happy trio atop Mt. Roberts on a BEAUTIFUL and sunny day. Dare I say I was hot this day?
My yayhoos posing with the Pasty Ann statue downtown.
At the fish hatchery enjoying the touch tank.
Showing my sister, brother-in-law, and super cute niece around the fish hatchery.
I couldn't resist sharing this one. Not sure, but he might have been doing his best rock fish impression.
Hope your past few weeks have been fun. Now that our summer winds down and school begins I hope to have fewer blog interruptions. Hope you enjoy that too.
