We had the big FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL around here a few days ago. Our little miss is starting 2nd grade! I know, doesn't seem quite right, huh? She is turning into quite the little lady and we're very proud of her.
So far things seem to be of to a good start. I'm pretty pleased with the teacher she was placed with and she's enjoying getting to know some new classmates that were in different classrooms for 1st grade.
As usual the morning of the first day was hectic and busy since I had to haul all three yayhoos to the school along with every other parent that has a child attending the school. But we got there and the boys behaved long enough for us to stay a few extra moments so I could snap a couple of pictures of the new year beginning. We pray it is a blessed and amazing year for her.
