The 4th of July also happens to be our little friend Owen's birthday. So his family hosted a hotdog roast down on the beach. It was a nice ending to the evening--after all the busy"ness" of the day I got to sit back, watch the kids play in the sand, and I didn't even have to make dinner!

Wow, you guys had a full weekend! Looks like it was a lot of fun. I'm glad you've gotten to know your church family so well up there. Oh, and I don't feel too bad for you that you got hot in the 75 degree parade heat...we were a bit(say 20 degrees + humidity) hotter than that here, plus I got to add 9 months of pregnancy to that! It would be fun to see Isaac & Wesley play together!
